Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic Touch is a light to deeper massage technique that helps realign your body’s natural energy flows. It works specifically on the client’s needs for that given day. It is a deeply healing experience because the practitioner is listening directly to the client’s verbal requests, as well as the body physically and energetically.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage is designed specifically for pregnant women. Massage therapy during pregnancy is a wonderful complementary choice for prenatal care. It is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and edema (or swelling).

Yoga Therapy

This session will focus on working one on one with a yoga coach to achieve your wellness goals and bring balance to whatever needs it physically, emotionally or spiritually. Hatha yoga is a holistic approach that includes postures (asana), purification procedures (shatkriya), gestures (mudra), breathing (pranayama), and meditation. It is recognized as a stress-reducing practice.

This is a package designed for the person that is goal oriented or looking to make a longer term commitment working with a yoga coach. You will not only relax, but also learn how to take yourself through short flows, so you can work on them independently and with confidence. One on one sessions can be profoundly powerful to help find balance in the areas of your life that need it whether it be physical, spiritual or emotional.

** Yoga sessions should be scheduled at least once per week.
